I’ve hit up all the hot yoga studios in the area since moving here five weeks ago and this is by far the best one. The teachers here are really helpful and the schedule is filled with many different classes to accommodate students. The parking is ample and the boutique shop is full of convenient and fun clothing options. You can fill your water bottle up there with filtered water which makes a big difference too. I am pleasantly surprised that this studio also offers pilates classes on the schedule every day which makes it a cut above the rest. Thank you Purely Hot Yoga for being a supportive environment for health minded individuals in the community!! Wonderful experience, the best.
I've been to a few yoga studios in the area and Purely Hot feels like home. The instructors are wonderful and knowledgeable, the studio is always clean, the environment is grounded. Grateful I found this place.

i love love love practicing at this studio!! i will continue to come here forever and for always. the staff made me feel at home immediately and they offer so many modifications during class so everyone is able to participate and nobody feels left out or discouraged. This is my favorite studio and i reccomend anyone and everyone to try it at least once ☺️
I am really loving this studio. After a 2+ year hiatus from studio, im so glad i found this place.I have been trying out some different studios and Purely Hot is my favorite. Instructors are great and approachable and they feel like a big community. Very lax and unpretentious environment. The workout i get gives my day new light every time and I now prioritize going even after a long work day. My pain from sitting all day long and lethargy from a demanding job feel lessened by this new practice of mine.

I love this studio! I wish there was a location closer to EDH or Folsom but I drive 30 minutes to go to the classes here because they are my favorite. All the teachers are fantastic. The IHP is my favorite, Lisa and Kerith have the best playlists. They should use their upbeat workout music in all the IHP classes! I do wish there were IHP class times closer to 5:30 PM but everyone has different preferences for schedules. I’ve been doing hot yoga and IHP for many years and would die without it! This studio is awesome and I have no complaints other than I wish they had another location in my area because a lot of people in the Folsom/EDH area would go! :)
I have been coming to purely hot yoga for almost a year now. I started out with their trial membership and loved it so much that I purchased a whole year of unlimited. I love the variety of classes and different teaching styles. There is definitely som thing here for everyone. The studio is so welcoming and a great place to practice.
